Mini Hurdle Lateral Shuffle
- 1 - Set several mini hurdles in a straight line with enough space between them for quick lateral footwork.
- 2 - Stand to one side of the first hurdle in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent, hips back, chest up, and arms ready to drive.
- 3 - Shuffle laterally over or between the hurdles, leading with the foot closest to the direction of travel while keeping your feet quick and light.
- 4 - Maintain a low, stable body position and avoid crossing your feet as you move side to side.
- 5 - Use your arms naturally to help with rhythm, balance, and speed.
- 6 - Continue through the full line of hurdles, then slow down under control or immediately shuffle back in the opposite direction.
- 7 - Repeat for the prescribed time, distance, or number of passes while maintaining proper form.
