Neck Flexion and Extension
- 1 - Stand or sit upright with your spine neutral and shoulders relaxed.
- 2 - Slowly lower your chin toward your chest, flexing the neck forward as far as comfortable without pain.
- 3 - Hold the flexed position for 1-2 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in the back of the neck.
- 4 - Slowly raise your head back to the neutral position, then continue by tilting your head backward, extending the neck as far as comfortable.
- 5 - Hold the extended position for 1-2 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in the front of the neck.
- 6 - Return to the neutral starting position to complete one full repetition.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, moving in a slow and controlled manner throughout.
