Neck Flexion
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral, shoulders relaxed, and eyes looking straight ahead.
2 - Slowly lower your chin toward your chest by bending through the neck, keeping the movement controlled and pain-free.
3 - Pause briefly when you feel a gentle stretch or controlled contraction at the front of the neck.
4 - Return your head to the starting position by lifting your chin back to neutral without jutting the head forward.
5 - Keep your shoulders down and avoid rounding your upper back during the movement.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions using a slow, controlled tempo.
7 - Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, or tingling.
