Deep Neck Flexor Hold
- 1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, keeping your head resting on the ground.
- 2 - Gently lengthen the back of your neck as if making a slight double chin, without lifting your head yet.
- 3 - Maintain this chin tuck and slowly lift your head just slightly off the floor, keeping your neck long and your jaw relaxed.
- 4 - Hold the position while breathing steadily, avoiding excessive tension in the front of the neck, shoulders, or jaw.
- 5 - Keep your eyes looking straight up and do not let your chin poke forward during the hold.
- 6 - Slowly lower your head back to the floor with control while maintaining the chin tuck.
- 7 - Rest briefly, then repeat for the desired hold duration or number of repetitions.
