Machine Neck Flexion
1 - Adjust the neck machine seat and head pad so the pad rests comfortably against your forehead while you sit upright.
2 - Sit with your torso tall, feet flat on the floor, and back supported against the pad if available.
3 - Select a light, controlled weight and keep your chin slightly tucked in a neutral starting position.
4 - Brace your core and slowly flex your neck forward by bringing your chin toward your upper chest against the resistance.
5 - Pause briefly at the end range without forcing the movement or rounding your upper back.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control, keeping tension on the neck muscles throughout.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, avoiding jerky movements or excessive range of motion.
