Neck Isometric Flexion
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral, shoulders relaxed, and eyes facing forward.
2 - Place one or both hands gently against the center of your forehead.
3 - Brace your core and slowly press your forehead forward into your hands as if trying to nod your chin down, while your hands resist the movement.
4 - Keep your head and neck still; do not allow visible movement or bending through the neck.
5 - Hold the contraction for the desired duration while breathing steadily and avoiding jaw tension.
6 - Relax completely, return to a neutral head position, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Use light pressure and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, tingling, or radiating symptoms.
