Neck Rotation Stretch
1 - Stand or sit upright with your spine tall and shoulders relaxed.
2 - Slowly turn your head to the right as far as comfortable, aiming to align your chin over your shoulder.
3 - Hold the position for 20-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch along the left side of your neck.
4 - Slowly return your head to the center neutral position.
5 - Repeat the rotation to the left side, holding for 20-30 seconds.
6 - Return to center and perform 2-3 repetitions on each side.
