Neck Flexion
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral, shoulders relaxed, and eyes facing forward.
2 - Slowly tuck your chin toward your chest, moving only through the neck without rounding your upper back.
3 - Continue the motion until you feel a gentle stretch or controlled contraction at the front and back of the neck.
4 - Pause briefly at the end range without forcing the movement.
5 - Slowly return your head to the neutral starting position with control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the movement smooth and pain-free.
7 - Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, or radiating symptoms.
