SCM Stretch
1 - Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and your spine neutral.
2 - Gently rotate your head about 45 degrees to one side, as if looking toward your shoulder.
3 - Tilt your head slightly backward and away from the rotated side until you feel a stretch along the front and side of your neck.
4 - Keep your jaw relaxed and avoid forcing the movement or shrugging your shoulders.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration while breathing slowly and evenly.
6 - Return to the starting position with control, then repeat on the opposite side.
7 - Stop immediately if you feel dizziness, sharp pain, or nerve-like symptoms.
