Ladder Single-Leg Hop
1 - Place an agility ladder flat on the ground and stand at one end on one leg with your knee slightly bent.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and hold your arms ready to assist with balance and rhythm.
3 - Hop forward into the first ladder square on the same leg, landing softly on the ball of your foot.
4 - Continue hopping one square at a time through the ladder while maintaining control and avoiding contact with the ladder.
5 - Keep each landing stable by allowing your ankle, knee, and hip to bend slightly to absorb impact.
6 - Complete the desired number of squares or time, then switch legs and repeat on the opposite side.
7 - Move at a controlled pace first, then increase speed only when you can maintain balance and precise foot placement.
