Mountain Climbers
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels.
- 2 - Engage your core, glutes, and keep your hips level — avoid letting them rise or sag.
- 3 - Drive your right knee toward your chest as far as you can while keeping your back flat.
- 4 - Quickly switch legs, extending the right leg back while simultaneously driving the left knee toward your chest.
- 5 - Continue alternating legs at a controlled or fast pace, maintaining a stable upper body and tight core throughout.
- 6 - Keep your breathing steady and rhythmic as you alternate legs for the desired duration or rep count.
