Lunge with Shoulder Rotation Stretch
1 - Stand tall with your feet together and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Step your right foot forward into a deep lunge, lowering your left knee toward the floor while keeping your right knee aligned over your right ankle.
3 - Place your left hand on the floor beside your right foot for stability.
4 - Rotate your torso to the right, extending your right arm upward toward the ceiling and following it with your gaze.
5 - Hold the stretch for 2-3 seconds, feeling the opening in your chest, shoulder, and hip flexors.
6 - Return your right hand back down to the floor and return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat on the opposite side by stepping your left foot forward and rotating to the left.
