Snatch Balance
- 1 - Stand with a barbell on your upper back in a snatch-grip position, feet hip-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
- 2 - Dip slightly by bending your knees and hips while keeping your torso upright, then explosively drive upward through your legs.
- 3 - As you push the bar overhead, simultaneously drop your body under the bar by pushing your feet out to your squat stance.
- 4 - Receive the bar in a full overhead squat position with arms fully locked out, hips below parallel, and chest up.
- 5 - Stabilize the bar overhead with an active shoulder press, ensuring the bar is directly over your mid-foot.
- 6 - Stand up from the squat by driving through your heels while maintaining the bar locked out overhead.
- 7 - Return to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
