Mini Hurdle Run
1 - Set up a row of mini hurdles in a straight line with enough spacing to run through using quick, controlled steps.
2 - Stand tall at the starting point with your feet hip-width apart, core engaged, and eyes looking forward.
3 - Begin running through the hurdles, lifting your knees high enough to clear each hurdle without jumping excessively.
4 - Drive your arms naturally in coordination with your legs to maintain rhythm and speed.
5 - Stay on the balls of your feet and keep ground contact quick between each hurdle.
6 - Continue through the full line of hurdles, then decelerate under control after the final hurdle.
7 - Repeat for the prescribed distance, time, or number of runs.
