Viking Press
1 - Set up a Viking Press attachment on a landmine base, or position a barbell in a landmine unit secured in a corner or plate holder.
2 - Stand facing the handles (or end of the barbell) with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
3 - Grip both handles firmly with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) at shoulder height.
4 - Brace your core, retract your shoulder blades, and maintain a slight forward lean from the hips.
5 - Press the handles upward and slightly forward in an arc until your arms are fully extended overhead.
6 - Slowly lower the handles back down to shoulder height in a controlled motion, maintaining tension throughout.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your core tight and avoiding excessive lower back extension.
