Swiss Bar Overhead Press
1 - Set a Swiss bar in a rack at upper-chest height and load it with the desired weight.
2 - Grip the neutral handles firmly with your palms facing each other, then step under the bar and position it at the front of your shoulders.
3 - Unrack the bar and step back into a stable stance with your feet about hip- to shoulder-width apart.
4 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and press the bar straight overhead until your elbows are fully extended.
5 - Lower the bar back to shoulder level in a controlled motion while keeping your wrists neutral and elbows under the handles.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
