Assault Run
1 - Stand in front of the Assault AirRunner treadmill and step onto the belt with both feet.
2 - Grip the fixed side handles lightly for balance, keeping your torso slightly leaned forward.
3 - Begin driving your legs in a natural running motion — the belt moves as you push against it with your feet.
4 - Increase your pace by driving your legs faster and pushing harder through each stride.
5 - Maintain an upright posture with a slight forward lean, engaging your core throughout the run.
6 - Control your breathing rhythmically, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
7 - Gradually slow your pace to a walk to cool down before stepping off the treadmill.
