Cable Crossover Low
1 - Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and attach single handles to each side.
2 - Stand in the center of the cable station, grasp one handle in each hand, and step forward slightly to create tension in the cables.
3 - Place one foot forward for balance, keep your chest up, core braced, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
4 - Start with your arms down and slightly out to your sides, palms facing forward or slightly inward.
5 - Pull the handles upward and inward in a wide arc until your hands meet in front of your upper chest or face level.
6 - Squeeze your chest at the top, then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting the weight stack slam down.
