Dumbbell Low Fly
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms down and slightly in front of your hips.
2 - Keep a soft bend in your elbows, brace your core, and maintain an upright posture with your chest lifted.
3 - With palms facing inward, raise the dumbbells upward and inward in a wide arc, as if bringing your hands together in front of your upper chest.
4 - Stop when the dumbbells reach about chest to shoulder height, keeping your elbows slightly bent and shoulders controlled.
5 - Squeeze your chest briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders or swinging your body.
6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
