Dumbbell Incline Fly
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline and sit with a dumbbell in each hand resting on your thighs.
- 2 - Lie back on the bench and press the dumbbells above your upper chest with your palms facing each other and a slight bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Keep your shoulder blades retracted, chest lifted, and feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 4 - Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc, maintaining the same slight elbow bend throughout the movement.
- 5 - Stop when you feel a controlled stretch across your chest and your upper arms are roughly in line with your torso.
- 6 - Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back together above your upper chest without letting them touch forcefully.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the motion slow and controlled.
