Doorway Pec Stretch
- 1 - Stand in an open doorway with an upright posture and your feet staggered for balance.
- 2 - Raise one arm to shoulder height and place your forearm and palm against the doorframe with your elbow bent about 90 degrees.
- 3 - Keep your chest lifted, ribs down, and shoulder relaxed away from your ear.
- 4 - Slowly step or lean your body forward through the doorway until you feel a gentle stretch across the front of your chest and shoulder.
- 5 - Hold the stretch without bouncing, breathing slowly and maintaining a comfortable intensity.
- 6 - Return to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side.
- 7 - For a two-arm variation, place both forearms on the doorframe and gently lean forward evenly.
