Doorway Pec Stretch
1 - Stand in an open doorway with an upright posture and your feet staggered for balance.
2 - Raise one arm to shoulder height and place your forearm and palm against the doorframe with your elbow bent about 90 degrees.
3 - Keep your chest lifted, ribs down, and shoulder relaxed away from your ear.
4 - Slowly step or lean your body forward through the doorway until you feel a gentle stretch across the front of your chest and shoulder.
5 - Hold the stretch without bouncing, breathing slowly and maintaining a comfortable intensity.
6 - Return to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side.
7 - For a two-arm variation, place both forearms on the doorframe and gently lean forward evenly.
