Dumbbell High Fly
1 - Lie on an incline bench set to about 30–45 degrees with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet planted firmly on the floor.
2 - Press the dumbbells above your upper chest with your palms facing each other and keep a slight bend in your elbows.
3 - Brace your core and keep your shoulders pulled down and back against the bench.
4 - Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a controlled stretch across your upper chest and shoulders.
5 - Squeeze your chest to bring the dumbbells back together over your upper chest, maintaining the same slight elbow bend throughout the movement.
6 - Pause briefly at the top without letting the dumbbells collide, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
