Cable Fly High-To-Low
1 - Set both cable pulleys above shoulder height and attach single handles to each side.
2 - Stand centered between the pulleys, grasp one handle in each hand, and take a small step forward into a staggered stance.
3 - Keep your chest lifted, core braced, elbows slightly bent, and arms opened out to the sides.
4 - Pull the handles downward and inward in a wide arc until your hands meet in front of your lower chest or upper abdomen.
5 - Squeeze your chest at the bottom of the movement without letting your shoulders round forward.
6 - Slowly return the handles back up and out to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining the same slight bend in your elbows.
