Low to High Cable Fly
1 - Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and attach single handles to each side.
2 - Stand centered between the pulleys, grasp the handles with your palms facing forward or slightly upward, and step forward to create cable tension.
3 - Keep a slight bend in your elbows, brace your core, and maintain an upright posture with your chest lifted.
4 - Starting with your hands low and slightly out to your sides, bring the handles upward and inward in an arcing motion until your hands meet around upper-chest to eye level.
5 - Squeeze your chest briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders or locking your elbows.
6 - Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position under control, maintaining the same slight elbow bend.
