Cable Crossover High
1 - Set both cable pulleys to a high position and attach single-handle grips to each side.
2 - Stand centered between the cable stacks, grasp one handle in each hand, and step forward into a stable staggered or shoulder-width stance.
3 - Keep a slight bend in your elbows, brace your core, and lean forward slightly while keeping your chest lifted.
4 - Starting with your arms open wide and slightly above shoulder height, pull the handles downward and inward in a controlled arc.
5 - Bring your hands together in front of your lower chest or upper abdomen, squeezing your chest at the end of the movement.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position under control, allowing your chest to stretch without letting the weights slam down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
