Walking Knee Hug
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Step forward with one leg and lift the opposite knee toward your chest.
3 - Grasp the lifted knee with both hands and gently pull it closer to your chest while keeping your torso upright.
4 - Pause briefly to feel a stretch through the glute and back of the hip.
5 - Release the knee, step forward with that leg, and return to a tall standing posture.
6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs as you walk forward.
7 - Continue for the desired distance, time, or number of repetitions while maintaining controlled movement and balance.
