Curtsy Lunge Slider
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and place a slider or towel under one foot.
2 - Keep your chest lifted, core braced, and weight centered over the standing leg.
3 - Slide the foot with the slider diagonally backward behind your standing leg, as if performing a curtsy.
4 - Bend the front knee and lower your hips under control, keeping the front knee aligned with your toes.
5 - Press through the heel of the standing leg and squeeze your glutes to return the sliding foot back to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
