Kettlebell Cossack Squat
- 1 - Hold a kettlebell in a goblet position at chest height with both hands.
- 2 - Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and your toes slightly turned out.
- 3 - Shift your weight toward one leg, pushing your hips back and bending that knee as you lower into a side squat.
- 4 - Keep the opposite leg straight with the heel on the floor; allow the toes of the straight leg to point upward if needed for mobility.
- 5 - Keep your chest upright, core braced, and the bent knee tracking in line with the toes.
- 6 - Press through the foot of the bent leg to return to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, alternating sides or completing all reps on one side before switching.
