Dumbbell Cossack Squat
- 1 - Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in both hands at chest height or at your sides.
- 2 - Shift your weight to one side by bending that knee deeply while keeping the opposite leg straight and foot flat or with toes pointed upward.
- 3 - Lower your body toward the bent knee, descending as deep as your mobility allows while keeping your torso upright and chest tall.
- 4 - Keep the heel of your bent leg firmly planted on the ground throughout the movement.
- 5 - Hold the bottom position briefly, feeling the stretch in the straight leg's inner thigh and hip.
- 6 - Drive through the heel of your bent leg to return to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat the movement on the opposite side, alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
