Sandbag Lunge
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hold a sandbag securely against your chest, across your shoulders, or in a bear-hug position.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine.
3 - Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent to about 90 degrees.
4 - Keep your front knee tracking over your toes and avoid letting it collapse inward.
5 - Push through the heel and midfoot of your front foot to return to the starting position.
6 - Repeat on the opposite leg and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
