Sled Drag Forward
1 - Attach a harness, belt, or straps to the sled and load it with an appropriate weight.
2 - Stand facing away from the sled with the straps held securely or attached to your body, keeping your torso tall and core braced.
3 - Lean slightly forward from the ankles while maintaining a neutral spine and relaxed shoulders.
4 - Begin walking forward with short, powerful steps, driving through the balls of your feet and extending your hips and knees.
5 - Keep constant tension on the straps and avoid twisting or overstriding as you move.
6 - Continue dragging the sled for the prescribed distance or time, then slow down under control before stopping.
