Corner Pec Stretch
1 - Stand facing a corner with your feet staggered or hip-width apart for balance.
2 - Place one forearm on each wall with your elbows bent about 90 degrees and positioned at or slightly below shoulder height.
3 - Keep your chest lifted, shoulders relaxed, and neck neutral.
4 - Slowly step or lean your body forward into the corner until you feel a gentle stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.
5 - Avoid arching your lower back or shrugging your shoulders as you hold the stretch.
6 - Hold for the desired duration while breathing steadily, then slowly step back to release.
7 - Adjust your arm height slightly higher or lower to target different areas of the chest.
