Corner Pec Stretch
- 1 - Stand facing a corner with your feet staggered or hip-width apart for balance.
- 2 - Place one forearm on each wall with your elbows bent about 90 degrees and positioned at or slightly below shoulder height.
- 3 - Keep your chest lifted, shoulders relaxed, and neck neutral.
- 4 - Slowly step or lean your body forward into the corner until you feel a gentle stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.
- 5 - Avoid arching your lower back or shrugging your shoulders as you hold the stretch.
- 6 - Hold for the desired duration while breathing steadily, then slowly step back to release.
- 7 - Adjust your arm height slightly higher or lower to target different areas of the chest.
