High to Low Cable Fly
1 - Set both cable pulleys to a high position and attach single-handle grips to each side.
2 - Stand centered between the pulleys, grasp the handles with your palms facing slightly forward, and step forward into a staggered stance for stability.
3 - Keep a slight bend in your elbows, brace your core, and position your arms out to the sides at about shoulder height or slightly above.
4 - Pull the handles down and inward in a wide arc, bringing your hands together in front of your lower chest or upper abdomen.
5 - Squeeze your chest briefly at the bottom while keeping your shoulders down and elbows softly bent.
6 - Slowly return the handles to the starting position under control, feeling a stretch across your chest.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting the weight stack slam down.
