Squat Hold Calf Raise
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
2 - Lower yourself into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, keeping your thighs parallel to the ground or slightly below.
3 - Maintain an upright torso, chest up, and core engaged throughout the movement.
4 - While holding the squat position, press through the balls of your feet to raise your heels off the ground as high as possible.
5 - Pause briefly at the top of the calf raise, feeling the contraction in your calves.
6 - Slowly lower your heels back down to the ground in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining the squat hold throughout.
