Belt Squat
1 - Attach a loading belt around your hips and connect it to the chain or cable of the belt squat machine.
2 - Stand on the elevated platforms of the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed outward.
3 - Ensure the chain or cable hangs freely between your legs with the weight suspended below the platforms.
4 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and maintain a neutral spine as you initiate the squat.
5 - Push your hips back and bend your knees simultaneously, lowering your body until your thighs are at least parallel to the platforms.
6 - Drive through your heels and push your knees outward to return to the starting standing position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining upright posture throughout.
