Kettlebell Step-Up
1 - Stand facing a sturdy box or bench while holding one or two kettlebells securely at your sides or in a front-rack position.
2 - Place your entire working foot on the box, keeping your chest tall, core braced, and knee aligned with your toes.
3 - Drive through the heel of the foot on the box to lift your body upward, avoiding pushing off excessively with the trailing leg.
4 - Stand fully upright at the top with hips and knees extended, maintaining control of the kettlebell position.
5 - Step back down slowly with the same leg or alternate legs depending on the programmed variation.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping each rep controlled and stable.
