Wall March
- 1 - Stand facing a wall at arm’s length and place both hands flat against it at about shoulder height.
- 2 - Step your feet back slightly and lean your body forward in a straight line from head to heels, keeping your core braced.
- 3 - Lift one knee up toward hip height while keeping the opposite leg straight and the standing foot firmly on the ground.
- 4 - Keep the lifted foot dorsiflexed, with toes pulled upward, and maintain a tall posture through your torso.
- 5 - Lower the lifted foot back to the floor under control, then switch legs and repeat the marching motion on the other side.
- 6 - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions or duration while maintaining steady rhythm and body alignment.
