Bosu Balance Squat
1 - Place a Bosu ball on the floor with the dome side up and stand centered on top with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Engage your core, keep your chest lifted, and extend your arms forward or out to the sides for balance.
3 - Slowly bend your knees and hips to lower into a squat while keeping your weight evenly distributed through both feet.
4 - Descend only as far as you can maintain control, keeping your knees aligned with your toes and avoiding excessive wobbling.
5 - Press through your feet to stand back up, fully extending your hips and knees without locking them aggressively.
6 - Regain balance at the top before beginning the next repetition.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining slow, controlled movement.
