Dumbbell Box Step-Ups
1 - Stand upright facing a sturdy box or platform, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with a neutral grip.
2 - Place your right foot flat on top of the box, ensuring your entire foot is firmly planted on the surface.
3 - Drive through your right heel to step up, bringing your left foot up to meet your right foot on top of the box.
4 - Stand tall at the top of the box with both feet together, maintaining an upright posture and engaged core.
5 - Step back down with your left foot first, followed by your right foot, returning to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the movement leading with your left foot to complete one rep on each side, alternating legs throughout the set.
