Wall Sprint Drill
1 - Stand facing a wall and place both hands on it at shoulder height with your arms straight.
2 - Step your feet back until your body forms a straight diagonal line from head to heels, keeping your core braced.
3 - Drive one knee up toward your chest while keeping the opposite leg extended and the ball of the foot on the ground.
4 - Quickly switch legs, driving the opposite knee up while the first foot returns to the floor under control.
5 - Maintain a strong forward lean, active arms pressing into the wall, and quick, powerful knee drives.
6 - Continue alternating legs for the prescribed time or number of repetitions while keeping your hips stable and posture aligned.
