Kneeling Jump To Squat
- 1 - Start in a tall kneeling position on a padded surface with your knees about hip-width apart, torso upright, and core braced.
- 2 - Swing your arms back slightly and load your hips by sitting back just enough to create power without collapsing your posture.
- 3 - Explosively drive your hips forward and upward while swinging your arms forward to generate momentum.
- 4 - Quickly bring your feet underneath you and transition from your knees to your feet in one powerful movement.
- 5 - Land softly in a stable squat position with your feet about shoulder-width apart, knees tracking over your toes, and chest lifted.
- 6 - Stand up fully or reset from the squat position, then carefully return to the kneeling start position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining controlled landings and avoiding knee valgus.
