Single-Leg Triple Hop
- 1 - Stand on one leg behind a starting line with your knee slightly bent, chest tall, and arms ready to assist the movement.
- 2 - Brace your core and push through the standing foot to perform the first forward hop, landing on the same leg with control.
- 3 - Without switching legs or taking extra steps, immediately perform a second forward hop from the same leg.
- 4 - Continue into a third forward hop, aiming for maximum controlled distance while maintaining balance and alignment.
- 5 - Land the final hop on the same leg with your knee tracking over your toes and your hips stable.
- 6 - Hold the final landing briefly to demonstrate control, then step down safely.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or measure the total distance from the starting line to the final landing point.
