Hip Flexor Iso Hold
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your core lightly braced.
2 - Shift your weight onto one leg while keeping your hips level and your torso upright.
3 - Lift the opposite knee toward hip height, bending the knee to about 90 degrees.
4 - Hold the lifted position without leaning back, twisting, or letting the standing hip drop.
5 - Maintain steady breathing and keep tension through the front of the lifted hip for the prescribed duration.
6 - Lower the foot under control, then repeat on the other side.
