Straight Leg Raise
- 1 - Lie on your back with one leg straight and the other knee bent, placing the bent foot flat on the floor.
- 2 - Tighten your core and gently brace your thigh on the straight leg by engaging the quadriceps.
- 3 - Keep the straight leg fully extended with the toes pointing upward.
- 4 - Slowly lift the straight leg until it reaches about the height of the opposite knee, without arching your lower back.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down in a controlled motion.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
