Cable Hip Flexion
1 - Attach an ankle strap to a low cable pulley and secure it around the ankle of the working leg.
2 - Stand facing away from the cable machine with your feet hip-width apart and hold the machine or a stable support for balance.
3 - Brace your core, stand tall, and keep your pelvis level without leaning backward.
4 - Lift the strapped leg forward by flexing at the hip, keeping the knee slightly bent and the movement controlled.
5 - Pause briefly when the thigh reaches a comfortable height, then slowly lower the leg back to the starting position.
6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs and repeat.
