Barbell Underhand Bent-Over Row
- 1 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and hold a barbell with an underhand grip, palms facing forward.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips and slightly bend your knees until your torso is angled forward, keeping your back flat and chest lifted.
- 3 - Let the bar hang below your shoulders with your arms fully extended and your core braced.
- 4 - Pull the bar toward your lower ribs or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back and keeping them close to your sides.
- 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement without shrugging your shoulders.
- 6 - Lower the bar in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended again.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso and neutral spine.
