Trap Bar Bent-Over Row
1 - Stand inside the trap bar with your feet about hip-width apart and the bar centered around your body.
2 - Hinge at your hips and slightly bend your knees, keeping your back flat and chest angled toward the floor.
3 - Grip the trap bar handles firmly with your arms extended and shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
4 - Brace your core, then pull the handles toward your torso by driving your elbows back.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top without shrugging or rounding your back.
6 - Lower the trap bar under control until your arms are fully extended again.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable bent-over position.
