Kettlebell Gorilla Row
1 - Place two kettlebells on the floor between your feet and stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
2 - Hinge at your hips and slightly bend your knees, keeping your back flat, chest angled toward the floor, and core braced.
3 - Grip one kettlebell handle in each hand with your palms facing each other.
4 - Keeping one kettlebell planted on the floor, row the opposite kettlebell toward your ribs by driving your elbow back.
5 - Lower the kettlebell under control until it returns to the floor, then repeat the row on the other side.
6 - Continue alternating sides while maintaining a stable torso and neutral spine.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
