Swiss Bar Row
- 1 - Stand with your feet about hip- to shoulder-width apart and hold the Swiss bar using a neutral grip.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips while keeping your back flat, chest slightly lifted, and knees softly bent.
- 3 - Let the bar hang below your torso with your arms fully extended and shoulders packed down away from your ears.
- 4 - Brace your core, then pull the bar toward your lower ribs or upper abdomen by driving your elbows back.
- 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top without shrugging or rounding your back.
- 6 - Lower the bar under control until your arms are fully extended again.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso position.
