Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
1 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other.
2 - Hinge at your hips and slightly bend your knees, keeping your back flat and your chest angled toward the floor.
3 - Let the dumbbells hang directly below your shoulders with your arms fully extended and your core braced.
4 - Pull the dumbbells toward your lower ribs by driving your elbows back and keeping them close to your body.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement without shrugging your shoulders.
6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a stable torso and neutral spine.
